The Okhla Bird sanctuary located in Noida is home to two special Bird species which are known to be endangered and are well protected and cared for within this bird Sanctuary. These include those of the Indian vulture and white-rumped vulture.

The Okhla Bird Sanctuary is also home to 29 different varieties of birds species that are known to be vulnerable and on the brink of extinction in the near future. Price of tickets at the Okhla Bird Sanctuary entrance:
Both Indian visitors and foreign tourists are allowed entry into the Okhla Bird Sanctuary. The price for entry tickets into the Okhla Bird Sanctuary differs between Indians and foreigners. The entry fee for a ticket into this bird sanctuary for a person per day is Rs 30 if it is an Indian citizen, whereas for a foreigner it would cost Rs 350.
Visitors are allowed to take their digital cameras for capturing sightings of Exotic Birds, surrounding area and the beauty and charm of the place with their cameras. However, a special fee is collected for these cameras per visit. For cameras which are non-digital, digital, small digital movie cameras, and handy cameras are charged at Rs 500 per Indian visitor. Whereas a foreign visitor is charged with Rs 1000 per person.
Both Indian visitors and foreigners who want to capture and shoot documentary feature films are charged Rs. 25,000 Per day.
Indian visitors who wish to capture the beauty of this bird sanctuary with feature films are charged with Rupees 1 lakh per day while foreigners are charged Rs. 15,0000 per day.
